Jeremiah M. Fitzgerald

Mr. Fitzgerald has over 25 years of legal and business experience, with a concentration in representing corporations in technology acquisitions and financing; corporate structure, governance, and finance; and compensation plans.

He currently serves as general counsel to a privately-held technology services company with offices throughout North America. He was formerly senior vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary of Comdisco, Inc. a Fortune 500 company.

He has received the degrees from Xavier University of Ohio (BSBA - 1975), Dominican University (MBA - 1992), and Loyola University of Chicago (JD - 1978).
